We will take care of your request promptly, our team will reply with a cancellation confirmation to ensure the process is complete and your account will be closed at the end of your billing period.
Please Note If you do not initiate a cancellation before your free trial ends, the system is set up to rebill automatically to avoid any service interruption, as per our Terms of Service.
We offer a free trial period because we believe in our product and do feel that 14 days is a reasonable amount of time for anyone to determine if it is a good fit. We also provide training and support to help with any questions or issues so you are able to make the most of your ClickPerfect membership.
Based on that, outside of extreme circumstances, we do not offer refunds after the free trial has passed.
